I am a recent graduate as an Accounting Specialist of Martinez Adult Education, Business Training Center. I have completed intro to Computing, Microsoft Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Beginning Access, Business Ethnics/Customer Service, Accounting I-III, Beginning and Intermediate QuickBooks. In addition, I have earned a Medical Administrative Assistant diploma of November 2009 and two Associates Science degrees in Computer Programming, General Business of May 1991, and John F. Kennedy High School diploma.
Work Experience
My work experiences range from Administrative Assistant at Rubicon Programs, Inc; to a Medical Administrative Assistant for doctor’s office of David A. PFisher, M.D.; Instructional Aide-10% Severe Handicap for West Contra Costa Unified School District-LoVonya DeJean Middle school where I scheduled and confirm patient diagnostic appointment, collected monies and provided Administrative support to teacher, organized production and filing of curriculum materials, ordered supplies, maintained records management database systems, and performed basic bookkeeping work. My customer service skills and knowledge of non-profit and for-profit sectors benefit patients and students, teacher, employers.
